We are based in Newcastle Upon Tyne and work throughout the UK. We also provide seamless journeys throughout the USA through Parkers Global.
For non-account customers payment can be made by credit/debit card at the time of booking. Alternatively, you can opt to pay by bank transfer. Please provide your email address and we will issue a pro-forma invoice which will include our bank account details for you to arrange payment.
We monitor all arriving flights so if there is a major change to the arrival time, we will automatically adjust the booking accordingly and notify you of the change. If there are any further delays once your chauffeur has arrived in the terminal, extra waiting time is charged.

Typically, saloon vehicles can carry up to two large cases and two small hand luggage items. The Range Rovers can hold two large cases and two small cases; the V Classes can hold up to four large cases and four small cases. We do our best to fit as much luggage as we can, often with a Tetris type challenge, providing weight restrictions and vehicle care is maintained. We can provide additional luggage vehicles.
